The Parlour & Raclette Experience
When presented with the opportunity to host an exclusive marquee at Mater Townsville Cup earlier this year, we knew it was our opportunity to deliver an incredible experience like no other. Knowing our theme of a beautifully decorated vintage Parlour, we strung together a menu and package we knew that would be set apart from the rest!
As the day flowed so did the craft beer, bubbly, cocktails and fruity punch bowls elegantly sipped from vintage tea cups. The atmosphere was filled with the aromas from our highly anticipated European Fromage and Charcuterie Bar, Vintage High Tea Sweets Buffet and of course the real show stopper… the Raclette. To taste the Raclette is to experience the Raclette! Being mesmerised it bubbles away and the melted cheese then scrapped over and served with traditional baby chat potatoes, cured meats and cornichons.
