Due to this expansion and our desire to meet the needs of our customers, an exciting opportunity has opened up for a Customer Service Manager to provide leadership to our Customer Service Team and enhance face-to-face guest engagement and experience. After all, life is better with friends.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In the newly created role of Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our Customer Service superstars are delivering an exceptional experience to each and every visitor to Otto’s Market. Our brand is already known for our outstanding service, and while we recognise this sets us apart from our competitors, it will be up to you to take this to the next level. You will uphold our reputation by providing effective customer service training to our team, and providing ongoing management of the same.
In addition, you will become the face of our brand – delighting and inspiring our guests every day, with a focus on exceptional service for each and every one of them, on each and every visit. You will work alongside our Marketing and Creative team to promote and grow our soon to be launched loyalty program, proactively seizing opportunities to spruik its benefits and assist our customers with joining.
You have a personality that shines! As someone who is holistically passionate about the customer experience, you will bring your interpersonal skills to the front and deliver positive communications experiences to both internal and external stakeholders.
You have an ability to deal with constant change, all while maintaining high motivation. You carry superb influencing skills, find it easy to empower a team and can naturally find solutions to problems. You are a team player with a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude. In a nutshell, you are able to pivot and act as a ‘Swiss army knife’ – you have no problem wearing many hats.
Customer service and/or sales experience is essential. So too, is self-awareness coupled with strong communication, organisation and project management skills. Demonstrated experience in exceeding targets and a track record of performance in a similar environment will be highly regarded, and are the keys to your success in this role.
As your time will be split across two sites, you must have a current ‘C’ class drivers licence and reliable transport.
Finally, you are an exemplary leader who is genuinely hard-working, process-driven, energetic and creative. You love making new friends.
