2019 is a milestone year for the Otto’s brand, as we open our second location in order to meet spectacular customer demand. This year will see the unveiling of an exciting second Otto’s location, and we are looking for a Team Leaders with an eye for detail, sincere passion for food and an ability to champion our brand and cultivate a high-performing team culture.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Team Leader, you will do it all, while providing direction and training to your team of service superstars. From working the cash registers and stocking shelves and building displays, you will ensure every customer has a fun, friendly and informative shopping experience on each and every visit to Otto’s.
You don’t lead from an ivory tower. Whether you are buying products and determining profits, or training a team member to further their own career, you will work side by side with your team on a daily basis, developing your own skills simultaneously with theirs, to ensure processes are executed with excellence and efficiency.

You are highly organised with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have a proven ability to lead a team. You have demonstrated experience in giving clear and concise direction whilst motivating those around you.
